Processing Your Order
All orders are processed within one to two business days and then shipped by Australia Post according to the method of shipping chosen at the checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number which you can use to track your order with Australia Post.
Adorned Bridal Accessories offers complimentary shipping Australia-wide for purchases over $150. For purchases under $150, the following postage options are available through Australia Post:
Regular Parcel Post with tracking number: $10
Express Post with tracking number: $12
We highly recommend signature on delivery, especially for deliveries within apartment blocks.
Unfortunately we do not offer shipping outside of Australia at this time.

Domestic deliveries via Regular Parcel Post are usually delivered within 2-10 business days and 1-4 business days for Express Post. Please refer to Australia Post for the latest domestic delivery estimated time frames: https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/domestic-delivery-updates
Please note that Australia Post is currently experiencing some delays due to COVID-19, therefore we are not liable for reimbursement of deliveries that occur outside of the estimated time frames specified by Australia Post.
At Adorned Bridal Accessories, we feel very confident that you will be absolutely delighted with your purchase. However, in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt and we will be happy to organise a return or exchange. Please note that returns will incur a 10% restocking fee for each item returned. All postage for returns and exchanges is payable by the customer and must be sent with a tracking number. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused and in its complete original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unfortunately unable to offer returns or exchanges on pierced earrings (including jewellery sets which contain earrings).
We quality check all of our products carefully prior to postage, however in the event that your item has been altered during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and we will provide you with details of how to proceed. Once your item is returned to us, we will promptly replace the damaged item with an identical item with complimentary postage. If your item is out of stock, we will offer you a choice of an alternative product of the same value, or a refund.
